7 ways to have a better day

We don’t always wake up on “the right side of the bed,” and not all of us are automatically in a good mood and ready to bring on the day.

But even “being positive” isn’t our usual M.O., there are still a lot of ways to get out of ourselves and into a good mood, ready for whatever we need to be.

Make your bed

Make Your Bed, Change Your Life is an excellent way to start of the day. Making your bed has set you on the path to a productive day because you have already completed one task, subconsciously giving yourself a sense of pride and accomplishment. What better way to start the day!


Starting your day with morning meditation does everything from improving your focus to reducing stress, improving emotional stability, and preventing common health ailments. Morning Meditation can be a quick prayer or taking a few minutes to sit in a comfortable position.Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Starting your day off feeling grounded and emotionally balanced is sure to help you have a great day.

Start off with positive affirmations

One of the many benefits of self-affirmation in the morning , is beginning your day in a positive mood. So as, soon as you wake up, smile. Doing this will release dopamine and endorphins, those little neurotransmitters that are responsible for happiness and inner eEuphoria. Whether gGenuine or forced, smile and compliment yourself. It’s completely logical to have a good day if you wake up to someone smiling at you and complimenting you!

Work you way into a good day

If we are talking Benefits of Morning Workouts , then we will definitely have to mention that starting off your day with movement energizes the body and the mind. It dDoesn’t matter if it’s an  advanced-level yoga routine or a quick walk with your pet before leaving for class. Then there is the added bonus of working off last night’s meal!  Figure out what is the best kind of exercise is right for you and schedule it. It doesn’t have to be hard, long, or intense, but some physical activity in the morning will get your blood flowing and help quiet any mental sStatic.


Listen to uplifting music

I’m sure listening to music plays some kind of part in the daily routines, but how about your morning routine? Listening to the right songs can relieve anxiety, put you in a good mood, and can be very motivating! So start your day off with a playlist that is going to set you up for a very positive and productive day. !  


Eat a healthy breakfast

Some would say that The Science Behind Breakfast is you’ll be less hungry throughout the day , you’ll have better focus and concentration, and you’ll lessen the odds of becoming overweight. If that’s not a good enough reason to have breakfast in the morning Ii don’t know what is ! You want to start your day off as focused and as energized as possible , so take a few minutes and eat a good breakfast.

Create something

The health benefits of creativity include but ARE NOT LIMITED TO iImproved well–being by decreasing negative emotions and increasing positive ones, reduced depression,”, AND Reductions in stress and anxiety. Participating in A creative outlet in the morning you increase positive emotions and reduce negative ones ! Personally, I rather be happy than sad in the morning! So whether is a quick little doodleduddle , a verse to a song , or a scant poem,. CREATE SOMETHING!
